Matthew arrived early, checked it was OK to start early and was polite and courteous throughout. He and his assistant completed the work with a minimum of fuss. They seem to have done a very professional job and left everything as they found it. Would be very happy to use them again.

Mathew and his colleague arrived early by arrangement, quickly diagnosed the problems, replaced parts as agreed and left the place clean and tidy.
