Ray was very on point and knowledgeable. Pointing out a few safety things that will need sorting on my car in the near future.

Fantastic service. The wheel bearing on my Audi A4 needed changing and Ray was prompt, polite and carried out a high standard of repair. Ray also looked into another issue for me within the same time period. Brilliant. Definitely a mechanic you can trust.

Ray was very punctual and polite and kept me informed throughout the day with regard to my car service. My only disappointment was that he said he could not 'bleed' my brakes as he stated that after speaking with the Ford service centre, he needed a special tool to be able to do the job properly. Apart from this I was very satisfied with everything that was done.
