I only wanted a dio on car came back with a quote for over £2000 did not recive print out of dio and work stated some had already been done or was awaiting to be done as I only paid for a dio to be done dont know why he done full check on my car wont use again

Hi John I’m disappointed by the review you have left.
I’m sure you are aware that click mechanic is an online system and all of our paper work is handled online and I don’t have the option to print but you can view the report anytime. Also due to COVID pandemic it is not good practice for myself to be passing over paper work as there is a chance it will continue to spread the virus.
I gave you a detailed explanation of why your check engine light was illuminated and also attached photo evidence.
Also as a duty of care I gave your vehicle a full inspection which was done free of charge.
There was photo evidence attached to why the components required to be replaced.

Good guy. Found the faulted part replaced it in good time. good price.
Workshop is very clean. Not a typical grease monkey.
Knowledgeable and equipped with what he needs to do the job right.
Good when you don't want oil etc on interior of car.
I'd recommend. For people who want to keep car going or who is precious over their car.
