Excellent 2nd experience. Very professional service that WAY EXCEEDED my expectations!! I recently serviced my Porsche with Servicing Stop and I was very upset by how they treated me as a customer.
Customer service was excellent and I didn't feel pressured to get extra work done unlike at Servicing Stop.
I needed my Porsche Cayenne coolant pipes changes and Click Mechanic saved me $$$ and provided a stress free experience!!
Also, the mechanic, Lloyd went out of his way to complete the job on the day and my car was returned at 930pm on a Saturday! (which was a bit too much in the sense that I wasn't expecting him to complete the job so late on a weekend)

I waited a week to 've the work done (today) as i was told my X5 part wasn 't available while simce last week BWW told me they had my car part. Also, i made my way to repair workshop today, paid £35 cab to go home aftrr dtoping car, then another £35 cab to comeback picking-up my car to workshop.
Was given a quote by ClickMechanic by the
time the mechanic replaced the part i needed, i found myself being billed £100 extra! Didn 't really expect that but no worries, would 've costed me £1500 from BMW, however, althiught the car mechanic did his very best to fix my car, the job wasn 't 100% satisfactory because of the complexity of the job, so not a big issue, but however billed me£100 for a non-satisfactory job, should have not done that cause customer pay to be 100% happy.

It was great to get a Mobile Mechanic who knew how to change my battery.

Lloyd was friendly and very knowledgeable in BMW diagnostics. I was very pleased with his work in sorting out the central locking system which needed an upgrade. I'm now back on the road. I recommend Clickmechanic. Go on give it a try.
