Simon was absolutely the person I needed and I couldn't ask for anything more!
He called me on the day in order to confirm with me his arrival time and, of course, he arrived on time.
He was very approachable, friendly and professional at all times.
He knew what he was doing, he repaired my car rigorously and effectively and he offered his advice in regard to some concerns that I had.
Before he left, he briefed me on what to expect and what the vehicle's behaviour might be for the first few drives due to the repair.
I do definitely recommend Simon and I would be happy to work with him again in the future.
