Ben was very efficient. Changed brake pads and discs on my Kangoo, and showed me how badly worn the old ones were. Took my car into town that same afternoon and the brakes worked well.

Mechanic came on time, was very reliable, unfortunately he couldn't finish a job on my car as additional work was required.

A really easy way of getting car repairs done. Ben kept me informed about the purchase of necessary parts, came to my home on time, fitted them and all this for less than I would pay taking my car to a garage.

Ben was very good diagnosing the problem was new discs and pads for the rear brakes. Only improvement to the system would be a same day return to carry out works after diagnostics. I think when diagnostics are required this system is more expensive than a garage who would make the repair during same appointment saving me half hour labour, maybe.
