This was a big job requiring a Volvo expert - it took some time to complete but I am very happy with the result

Mathew arrived within the allocated time, even gave me a call 30minutes prior to arrival asking me to get the engine warmed up which was required for the job. Once he arrived he cracked straight on with it and got the job done in an efficient manner.

The Mechanic was friendly but the communication was absolutely terrible. I didn't know where my car was and no messages or calls were replied to without going through the main site. The promise of the car coming back on the Friday ( which i had to keep chasing for an update for ) no car, then got in touch with head office who called him, then got a call to say it would be dropped back on the Sunday. Stayed in all day and no car returned. It wasn't until the following Tuesday that it was returned. I was off sick that day so didn't have the keys handed to me, just a work collegue. No follow up call from the mechanic saying the work was all carried out and if there were any more problems. So I don't really know if every thing is OK. He said on the phone there was another part needed which was £150. I've had the bill today and its well over £200 more than the £150 he quoted. Would not use Click Mechanic again. Very Stressful.
