I selected repair at home but got a message on the day of my time slot to say my car would be collected instead. My car wasn’t picked up until the following day due to there not being enough drivers available. There was extra work that needed doing on my car but this was communicated to me and I paid the extra amount online. Car was returned within the confirmed time slot. Overall an easy and efficient experience despite the couple of things above I would improve.

Yes he was friendly To a degree i thought the work carried out was good but when I noticed the coolant was filled wayover the max which is always advised not to do you start question other areas of work on vehicle

again used this garage before and both occasions can not fault them!! fantastic work! and technician who dropped van off what a what a guy! very friendly and 5 star service... very happy and want them again with any issues i have.....

I can say, the repair was done during my sleep time.

The guy who came to pick up my car could not give me any information of how I would know if my car has passed it’s MOT what time it’s likely to be back etc, he said he could not tell me as he had only worked for them for 2 days, he was 3 hours late picking my car up. Because they were 3 hours late the work I needed on my car was not completed that day so I was without a car for another day. I had no phone call to tell me they would be late, I had to call them. I have since read another review that had the same issue.
