Good morning
I am sorry that you are in happy with the service .
The original job was to fit a auxiliary belt which I came out to fit and Discovered your tensioner pulley was broken . Which was not part off the original job . So a Diognostic fee was charge to cover call out fee for fuel and time

Daniel had a few motor issues himself but still never give the job up, found the fault with the vehicle pretty quickly and gave a good brief description of what the problem was and how it can be rectified. I would recommend this mechanic, very polite and helpful and would use in the future.
