JoJo is a very likeable gentleman, very friendly and humorous!
His knowledge is great and is patient to explain in detail the work he is doing.
Communication is very good and kept me updated throughout.
JoJo’s professionalism means that if anything he arrives early and on time.
He works very hard to get the repairs done as quickly as possible and nothing seems too much trouble whatever the time is.

Jo jo was great! He explained everything&even though it cost me more than it shouldve done which i wasnt expecting he explained this was the cheapest option rather than taking it a garage to fix it. Also you told me my mechanics name was Joanne so i was expecting a women to turn up!

JoJo. Arrived on time, 1.30pm carried out the Major Service on my Range Rover Sport, had a couple of problems, one removing the heat shield, screws had corroded and then resetting the oil level on the computer, he ended up staying pass 7pm to try and rectify this, but to no avail. He then left and had an hour’s drive home, but he was on the phone at 8.30am next day, to discuss why it wouldn’t reset and talked me through the procedure after reading up on it, and after a good run and waiting 20 mins on level ground, it showed as all ok. I did feel in the end for JoJo such a big car and he isn’t the tallest of people. Would use him again. If he would like to do the belts on it, but I think that’s a major pull out of some covers and pipes to access them, he might decline that one. Lol. Read more
