I am happy with the standard of the work. Communication around the availability of parts and arranging an appointment to fix the car could have been handled better.

Mechanic was knowledgeable and helpful. He identified the problem and had arranged to return with the parts needed to fix it.

Arrived on time, got the job done quickly even helped me out with another task.

Clutch replacement! Quick and easy. only unfortunately the mechanic was unwell so had to rearrange! Could not be helped. Overall very happy with all service received would uwe again.

The first review I had not seen the additional charges the mechanic had added contrary to what he had assured me that the quoted price on line would be the same. He charged me £217 instead of £1motor. He told me that the motor didn't need replacing and that he would return the one he bought since he had not opened it. He claimed VW parts centre would still charge 10% for returning the new unopened motor! He said he would not charge more but he did.
