Didn't meet the mechanic as a helpful young man brought a recovery truck to collect my car and bring it back. But he was on time, and pleasant, and I've driven my car since it's service and nothing has gone bang! They stamped the logbook, advised of what else (brakes) needed doing without a hard sell. Will definitely consider using again. And Click Mechanic makes it very easy when you have to work from home and can't take your car to a garage.

The car was put on the trailer so carefully, I was really impressed!

The clutch was replaced and the car was returned the next day, just as carefully.

We recommend them highly and would definitely use again!

Nobody turned up to collect my vehicle within the prearranged 2 hour time slot. I waited an extra 30 minutes after the time slot had lapsed before having to leave my office for meetings.
The mechanic has now charged a £40 cancellation fee even though I can prove with cctv that they didn’t show up. Now in a complaints process with ClickMechanic to try and resolve before taking this further.

The cancellation fee is part of the agreed terms and conditions to your Click Mechanic agreement, we have our call logs and photographic time stamped evidence that our driver arrived within the time bracket agreed, I believe that Click have a fair complaints process that will be followed by all involved, I must stress that it's in no reputable mechanics interest to forget or ignore bookings from a financial aspect, but your entitled to your own opinion, I'm not happy that your experience was one that prompted such a damaging review and I hope future bookings have a much better outcome.

Communication was good. Let me know when the young man was going to pick up my car and when it was going to be back. He let me know of any other work needed to get it fixed and was not pushy in trying to get the work and that is good in mu book. the work was done in good time and to a high standard.I felt that he was very knowledgeable and the young man who came to pick the car up was friendly and easy to talk to.
