Skoda Octavia Diagnostic Inspection

Mat was punctual and polite but didn't seem quite sure what the problem was. He also said that he can't get the parts needed to complete the repair. If I'd known that I would not have asked for a diagnosis from click mechanic.

Hi thanks for your review
The problem with getting parts is due to not being able to get the parts as main dealer where not serving to public or trade counter, the problem is the water pump has failed along with the thermostat not opening as explained...I explained I got get parts but not till Wednesday thursday following week the same as Skoda main dealer could get them
