So Liam was OK.. but I did pay full service and the car lamps were not repaired I see the lamps was included so need pay now extra money for fix that ok no problem that was my mistake because trust click mechanic 1000% never call u again

Good morning Dimitrios, this a review primarily for Liam, so we appreciate you saying that he was ok and that his communication was good.
We are very sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the service, however the full service was carried out as per the booking you made. The full service includes checking the lights, which were checked and faults noted as per the service checklist, but unfortunately, as we explained it doesn’t include replacing them or any other repairs then the service itself.
Extra repairs would need to be added and charged for separately.
We did carry out the Full service as per the service schedule and checklist that was what was booked and paid for in full.
Again we are incredibly sorry for any misunderstanding, we only carry out what has been booked, unless we have complete authority and also the extra time available within our booking for any extra repairs.
