Land Rover Freelander

Last year this mechanic overcharged me by £100. He billed me twice for the same service. Click mechanic were no help,. They refused to intervene.
On Saturday 12, August I was booked with a confirmed appointment to have a repair done to a land rover.
The mechanic failed to arrive on time.
The following is from an email sent to Andy at click mechanic. Once again they are distancing themselves, they have simply ignored my complaint.

You would do well to reply to my complaint. I called police about your mechanic Pete and on Wednesday I have to attend Cosham police station to make a formal complaint of Section 39 Assault against him.
(Common assault using words or behaviour etc).
I am also revisiting the overcharging incident from last year.
I would be grateful if you would give this serious matter your most urgent attention.

I have 33 years of car repair experience, once I left school, I went straight to college where I obtained my City and Guilds Level 3 Certification I then worked on motorcycles and cars for 9 years. I also have several motorcycle maintenance diplomas - 2 stroke, 4 stroke and rotary engines. I've been self employed since 1992 and have owned a motorcycle shop along the way.
I an now running my own mobile business along with my sons and I can cover any job at the roadside. Gear box replacements, clutch replacements, engine changes and bodywork including welding and spraying all at the roadside.
