Driver who picked up car friendly but communication with garage virtually no existent. About 10 minutes after the end the window booked on the website I was called told that my car would be collected two hours late. Also wasn't told that my car would be at the garage all day even though it only went in for a MOT and service.

I was cautious about selecting a random repair mechanic on the internet but these guys were very good. Great comms and work done for the quoted price. The job was delayed but only so that they could do a thorough job as per instructions so this was clearly the right thing to do. Very customer focussed face to face. I’m happy.
