Paulo took on a tough job and got it done. He communicated well with me through the process.

The machanic was very friendly nothing to much for him, he was polite and carried out the job very efficiently. I would definitely use them again and would recommend to anyone.

i have to say it's refreshing to find a mechanic who carries out the work needed at my home, turns up with the right parts and completes the work in very good time without finding any extra work needed. Paulo was fantastic, very punctual, a really good communicator and easy to talk to. The work was completed without hassle despite there being a problem with parts. Clearly explained he had to get a different part and did this as quickly as possible. I was very pleased with the service he provided.

I booked my car in because the central locking wasn't working. Paulo the electrician checked the car and advised me that I may need to have the electrics changed. I took it to a Vauxhall dealer and it turned out to be a blown fuse. I told him it could be a fuse but he didn't even check the fuses. I thought that would have been the first thing he did so I paid for a vehicle check and got nothing for it. The Vauxhall engineer identified the problem straight away and replaced the fuse and didn't charge me for it

Paolo was on early, easy to deal with. He checked with me as to why I thought the job was needed (rather than just accept my diagnosis, do the job unquestionably & take my money) before he started. An efficient job done. Am very happy with him.
