Very happy with the work carried out on my car. Front wiper motor replaced and MOT carried out.

Vehicle was picked and dropped on time. But came back with same tracking problem, steering wheel was just on the other wrong side. I was told then to come over next week so they can do adjustments. They took the car for two hours. When I drive the car back home, there was still the same issue, just a bit smaller. Absolute bodge of a work, waste of time and money. I just came back from another garage where they charged me 20 quid to fix the issue within 15 minutes.

I used ClickMechanic before and had a good experience. This time around, in terms of the work (which was relatively limited- checking for a possible leak which had been suspected at the MOT in September and checking the tyres, due to a warning signal re low pressure), this seems to have been fine. However, we kept having to chase (from late evening Monday through to late morning Wednesday) to get a clear picture on when the car would be returned. It may be the garage is particularly busy, but we shouldn't have had to chase so much re the return, hence the down-marking.
