Andy was very good at explaining the fault and did a superb job.

Really pleased with how thorough the mechanic was, he spent over an hour checking every component under the bonnet, driving round the block a couple of times to see how the car performed, and diagnosed an easy to fix but potentially quite serious fault which a major garage chain had overlooked only a few days earlier. He was friendly and helpful and explained exactly what he was doing throughout which improved our knowledge of car engines considerably. You'd never get that level of transparency and service from a major garage chain, it was a really positive experience!

Andy sorted out some knackered glow plugs for me. Nice bloke and knowledgable. Pointed out a few other niggles to me which I intend to sort out. Would recommend!
