Audi A4 Avant Clutch replacement
Flywheel replacement
Drill DPF snapped bolts out and replace with new nuts and bolts It took over 7 hours to remove DPF & repair & refit to car

Paul kept me updated with progress of the repair throughout, although the repair took longer than expected this was down to the suppliers providing the incorrect parts/items required for the job. Non the less Paul sorted out the issues and went above and beyond with carrying out the repair. Highly recommend Paul. And thank you for getting my car road worthy again.

Paul Huckle was amazing - had a pre inspection before car purchase he was very honest and straight to the point , in great detail with the faults in the car with photos . He found faults I wouldn’t be able to find and was clear cut honest and that’s what I really appreciate . After the written report he even called me and explained. Without him I could of ended up buying a car and being out of pocket . Great job Paul much appreciated 👍👍

Terrible, avoid.
Came prepared For a different job to what was requested, did not do any work and charged £40.
Very unprofessional communication and approach.

I’m sorry to hear that you are not happy with being charged for a call out for the job you booked incorrectly and the service you have received, so far but I would like to put my side forward for people to understand the lack knowledge of your own car.
You have put that you wanted a oil change on a Manuel transmission that would have taken only a short time and 2.2 ltrs of oil.
On my arrival your jeep is an automatic transmission that takes a lot longer to drain down the 7.3 ltrs off oil, then remove the sump pan and clean out any debis & replace the transmission filter then the sump pan and refill with £90 worth of oil a £50 transmission filter
Plus over 2.
5 hours of work to be completed.
I very sorry that YOU booked the incorrect work to be carried out on your Jeep as a manuel is completely different to a 8 speed automatic transmission.
You was re-quoted for the correct work to be carried out but I cannot do a thing regarding main dealer parts prices.
I will just say Please can you read the website. as you have given the wrong information about your own car.
I do not have any issues with doing this job correctly with the right parts etc
