Very pleased with the customer service of ClickMechanic and booked a full service through Gareth Smith of SUPERIOR CAR CLINIC. Gareth phoned the day before to confirm the booking and any other requirements and the car was collected on time the following day and returned same day in good order with service booked stamped correctly.

Gareth was brilliant ,I'm a First time customer and he called me 3 days before my booking to inform me on what was going to happen , A member of his staff picked up my vehicle at 0815 in the morning as arranged and took it away for a timing / Cam belt to be changed , I knew it was a major job and that he would have the car for most of the day . At around 5pm Gareth called me to inform me that the car was on its way back to me all fixed , I was charged the price as quoted , I'm very pleased with this service and shall be returning and hopefully will get Gareth .
First class job and I will recommend this service to my friends.
