Shamshad did carry the work however they misplaced my service booklet I have been on their case for the last two months to have this return to me but without success. I was constantly being told that it is in the post ! Very disappointed and angry that now this will have a detrimental impact on my selling my car!

Shamshad was great and explained what the problem was and why it needed a diagnostic check which was honest, rather than charging me for work that wasn’t needed yet. Only charged for pick up and drop off.
