Once my mechanic had arrived, they were great. Friendly and helpful. Can't fault them on their work or getting the work completed. My vehicle was booked in for a 12:00-14:00 slot but no-one arrived during that time. Tried calling the mechanic at 14:24 and 14:55. No answer. Tried calling CM - was told they couldn't take my call. Left a message via the CM website. Nothing. Finally received a call at 15:13 from my mechanic to say they were delayed and on their way. Arrived some time soon after 16:00. The track rod end was stuck fast so they then had to take the car away. Didn't get it back until early evening some time (after 18:00). Obviously it was a pain for them to not be able to do it here but they were good about that. Just a shame about the delay which wouldn't have been an issue had I been contacted so I could plan my afternoon a bit better. Read more

They did an excellent job on my car. -In the pooring rain no less! Friendly and very knowledgeable. I am very happy with the work carried out. This job was very challenging due to the time frame given.

The punctuality and communication was quite messy. Booked for 8am, finally arrived at around 1pmish. This could well be down to the fact I had given VERY little notice and did not have much flexibility on timing, i could only make all day next day.

I would still highly recommend them and use them again. I'll give more notice next time!

Friendly although no work was carried out in the end as brake pads did not need changing. I think £40 just for the call out is excessive and higher than I was led to believe

Firstly they wore no face coverings or kept social distances.
Then quickly diagnosed an expensive remedial without even a proper inspection.

Brent was friendly and professional. The communication was excellent and was most pleased with the service and MOT he carried out. Would highly recommend.
