Collection and delivery of the vehicle was good.

Mechanic was late wanted cash in hand and left the car in a dangerous state AA called to undo damage caused

Whilst running slightly behind I was kept fully informed of time of arrival.

Once vehicle was picked up - MOT and full service was completed efficiently and returned promptly at nominated time.

Fully informed of advisory notices on MOT and when this should be referred for further inspection.

Will definitely use again for future repairs and servicing.
