I booked a Premium Pre-Purchase inspection and Quik Fix accepted the job and provided a slot they would carry it out. They did not turn up on time and the seller of the car had to contact them. They initially said they couldn't come then called back later in the day to say they could do it that day. The seller reported they only spent 10 minutes with the car, took it for a very short drive and left. This was on the Wednesday and I was due to view the car on the Sunday. I heard nothing from Quik Fix until I called them on the Friday. They were very friendly on the phone and simply told me the car was "on point" and they sent me 7 photos over WhatsApp. They said they were struggling with the interface to make the report. I viewed the car on the Sunday making the 500 mile round-trip. I finally received the report on the following Tuesday and everything on the report was marked as Good or Excellent. This was not a true reflection of the car which had numerous problems inside and out which would have been spotted if the proper amount of time had been spent on the car. I have used this service before with ClickMechanic and have previously been very impressed. Brent was very knowledgeable and helpful. Quickly identified the issue and arranged transport for repair at garage next working day. Car was collected, repaired and returned to me the same day. Needed further attention for small issue which Brent was keen to help with. Despite being fully booked, he managed to work around other jobs to carry out the work and return the car to me in full working order (thanks for doing this!). All done for a very fair price - I don't think I would've been able to get it cheaper elsewhere. Brent's a top bloke and I would definitely recommend Quik Fix.
