This was a difficult job that took longer than expected however the work was fully completed for the agreed cost. You also did some extra work as this job gave an opportunity for other parts to be replaced.

Andrew arrived before the scheduled time, and asked me a few questions about the problems with the car he then went about giving the car the once over, he explained to me what he was checking and the reasons behind the faults.
