David was extremely friendly and helpful when I spoke to him. The main reason I booked having the report done was really because I would be able to speak to the mechanic afterwards and it didn't disappoint me. David did not rush through any of the information that was relevant to make sure I fully understood any problems he found. I can not speak highly enough about him and your service. I live in Nottingham and the car was for my daughter in Crewe and last night when I spoke to her she said that she was so pleased I had had the report carried out. It gave her some peace of mind in having the car.
