He arrived on time and was friendly and courteous. He got on with the job without wasting time. He took care and pride in what he was doing and quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem.

Lee Holdsworth came out to resolve a problem with the driver's door on my Jeep. I was impressed with the service. He turned up on time (having called ahead to say he was en route), explained exactly what he was going to do to establish the problem and then resolved it with the minimum of fuss. He also explained what had caused the issue and how it can be rectified in the unlikely event of a recurrence. Very good service.

Quick response and managed to get a time slot for the following evening (Saturday). The mechanic (Lee) was polite and courteous and replaced brake pads at half the price of main dealer.

A good reliable service

Although I was not at the house when Lee arrived today, he was courteous and did a thorough examination of the problem with this car that my son owns.He has suggested a couple of possibilities to correct the non start, which we will put into action, and hopefully cure the problem.

Lee is a very polite, professional and knowledgeable mechanic.

He notified me that he was on his way and said his estimated time of arrival.
When he arrived he got stuck straight into the repair without any hesitation. He let me know in good time that the repair time would over run.

Once the work was completed he gave me advice on things like tightening wheel nuts and also that the handling of the car might feel different and to look at replacing the tyres and getting tracking done at the same time.

He informed me that his work was guaranteed for 12 months and if there were any issues, to give him a call without any hesitation.
