Did a top job, fixing the problem I had. The mechanic moved the appointment a couple of times and came a bit early in the end, but communication was good. Overall very satisfied, and much much better than leaving the vehicle with the garage all day!

Scheduled to arrive at 14:00, they unexpectedly arrived a couple of hours early. However, this wasn't a problem. They were booked to change rear brake discs and pads on a 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV. Unfortunately, their computer would not allow them to wind back the calipers so they were unable to complete the job. They explained that they could not have known this before connecting the computer to the car. I was referred to the main dealer. I was not charged.
