James was very friendly and helpful. He carried out an assessment of the vehicle and was able to point me in the right direction. I had some bad advice in the past in regards to the repair I thought needed to be carried out, however James was able to check and confirm that it was ok and it saved me some money.

James was great. He happened to be in the area so he called me and came to see the car a day early! He eliminated some of the potential sources of the problem and in the end, using his magic computer programme plug in laptop type thingy, got the car started and everything is working just fine now . Job done.

James was very good but it seems through no fault of his own he was sent the parts too late and when they did arrive they were incorrect. As a result of this he had to keep changing appointments but he did keep calling me to advise the situation. I would certainly recommend James.

James did a great job very nice guy I booked to have my electric window mechanism replaced and my brake pads replaced .James pointed out that my brake pads were fine and had lots of miles left on them and the sensor was faulty.He fixed the sensor for free and did not charge me anything for that part of the work .The electric window is as good as new.

All good. Professional and efficient. On time. Job compete with no issues. Back next week for partners car.
