Car was collected later than time booked. The repair was also supposed to be done at our home but car was taken away and returned far later than the 1 hour estimated for the repair.

While the work was completed., it took far longer and was more expensive than quoted would not use again or recommend.

Lucas was first class sorted my car out and brought it back the same day brilliant service will definitely use him again.

Helped me decided on buying a campervan, peace of mind and possibly saved me heart ache and money in the long run.

Good quality of work and friendly mechanic. Only issue was punctuality picking up and dropping off the car.

I had conversations with the mechanic before scheduled arrival, and they seemed pretty clued up on what needed to be done.
I was advised that the repair would cost a little more than what was quoted by Click mechanic, but not by how much.
The mechanic asked if they could pick the car up and take to garage, at no extra cost, instead of fixing at the house, which I agreed to.
The collection time should have been between 08:30 and 10:30, the mechanic arrived at 12:15 and the car was returned at 18:00
Unfortunately I wasn't at home when the car was collected or delivered back.
With the car needing a water pump replacement, I wasn't expecting it to be driven 15 miles! The mechanic rang to ask if the car could be brought back the next day! I needed the car for work that evening, so that wasn't happening.
The car was delivered back to the house, but no invoice was left.
The temperature sensor on the car is now going mad, so i will have to replace that myself,I presume.
And then to be landed with a bill that is over TWICE the amount of quoted repair, plus my fuel costs for the car to be driven to the garage and back, I am NOT impressed at all.
I was given a slightly more expensive original price by another garage, and if I had thought the car could be driven safely I would have taken it there and had the work done.
I was initially impressed with how Click Mechanic worked, but after this, I will not be using their services agin or recommending them to anybody. Read more
