He did what he said he would and the wheel bearing is now nice and quiet. He also diagnosed a parking sensor issue and explained it very clearly. He arrived promptly and returned the car promptly. All in all pleased with the job

Kevin did a great job. A very thorough service. He highlighted areas which a KwikFit MOT a few weeks before hadn't seen at all. Would thoroughly recommend.

The problem was sorted and Kevin was very highly professional, which is very unlikely and rare from my experience of dealing with the garages and mechanics. The only thing I have to say was the car was not given a test run, which has now happened twice for me while using Clickmechanic although the job specs says that they are supposed to give a test run after the fix. There is always a something that could go wrong from a fix and in my case the battery light on the dashboard was not going off, but I gave Kevin a call again and he came and had a look, a couple of hours later. Overall very satisfied with the service as my problem was addressed.

I was disappointed that they didn't have s replacement battery with them - which was what was recommended to resolve the issue. I might use click mechanic again but only after trying home rescue first. Mechanic v courteous though

This is the second visit from Kevin, after completing a major service, this was a followup on some other recommended repairs. Again he provided an excellent service, showed me all the parts he replaced and the car now drives like a dream!
