Punctual, but non communicative. Arrived back with my car five hours later to tell me that there were a couple of minor things that needed addressing. Didn’t phone me when he discovered them in order to sort them out like previous Click Mechanics have in the past. When he returned he requested that I pay in cash. When I informed him that I wanted to pay by card he became quite annoyed. He begrudgingly left his bank details and became quite dismissive and just walked off. Not big on customer service! I felt like I was an inconvenience. The car seems to be driving ok so far. Service received didn’t really instil much confidence. Will probably not use Click Mechanic in future. Read more

Bits and bolts missing for the fitted clutch. Had to find new bolts to secure the clutch. — Horrible job was the comments I got from the gearbox fitting firm. They further commented that the mechanic should’ve know the noise coming from gearbox, and I would likely to have not gone ahead with the repairs. But he failed to contact me, and only quoted me a high price for replacing the gearbox which I do not believe he is qualified to do, after charging £740 for replacing the clutch. Very little regards for the customer. The reason given was that I had not asked for a diagnosis!
