The job was booked for Monday morning 8-10 slot. I contacted the mechanic at 10:30 due to a no show and no phone call. He told me that he’d tried to contact me on the Sunday to say he would be late but my phone was just going to answer phone????(leave a message then) the mechanic arrived around 12:30 to fix the car, which he did with no problem however. Not his problem but I’d promise my two boys that we where going to the “play factory” which I had tickets for which we missed. All in all booked for convenience that we didn’t get. I will not be using click mechanic again.

Jonathan was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Did not rush the job. And gave the best advice. And helped me look up parts and over options to help me. A little late but due to location being on a farm. I would 100% use and recommend Jonathan again

Jonathon came across as knowledgable and experienced. He answered all the questions I had about the car and seems to have given it a thorough examination. I would have liked a bit more information during the verbal report. He didn't volunteer much and I had to ask a series of questions to extract the info I needed. A more pro-active approach to the verbal feedback would be useful. He took good quality photographs which were informative. Inspection was carried out a bit later than I'd hoped ( set for 11am - 1pm and feedback not received until 3:30pm), timekeeping could be better. Overall a competent and trustworthy person to have acting on your behalf. I ended up buying the car and travelling 400miles round trip so Jonathon's inspection meant I had some confidence that car would be OK. Read more

Jonathan didn’t show up at the time arranged, called me to say he was going to be an hour late but again didn’t show up. Eventually called me later same day to rearrange for another day of which I accepted but he also failed to show on the rearranged day I cancelled the job wouldn’t rely on this mechanic turning up.
