Great service, friendly mechanic and appeared to be very knowledgeable.

The mechanic that came was very good, he help identify issues with the car that had been lying dormant until he put his diagnostic tool on them, although he tried his upmost to fix the car there and then it does require some new replacement parts and he you could see his concern that he wasn't able to fix it.
All in all a very good job and yes i would recommend them.

When assisting you with bleeding the hydraulics on the master cylinder, and clutch pedal, it seemed quite soft and no where near as solid as it normally does.
You tested the clutch and commented it was fairly soft and the clutch is engaging almost immediatlley on releasing the pedal.
When travelling to work and back home i had to cnstantly pump the clutch pedal.
This is not normal and would suggest the hydraulic system for the clucth needs bleeding for air.

Turned up late and didn't let me know until I'd texted for a prompt. Gave me good quality advice (hence the 5 stars for quality) - however as my car was difficult to examine without taking it apart further, I wasn't provided with a quote or 'full' explanation of what was wrong (only a guess of the best and worse case scenarios). The mechanic was unable to contact his office over the phone so advised me that they would call me later - I never received a call. I left him a message the following day, reminding him about the call that I was expecting and asking how I should proceed in terms of further work for a quote. They were very considerate when they initially forgot about me all together! Fingers crossed there is no comeback to the actual inspection and my car is as good as they say it is. Need better communication in the departments, I had to put off buying a car for another day, meaning no transport for me and my family...not good
