Toyota AYGO Starter motor replacement

The work was booked in the day after I ordered it and completed when they said. The guy (Andy) I dealt with was friendly and helpful and kept me informed. He said what he was doing and did what he said.
My only complaint is that when I arrived I was told that the part quoted (a starter motor) was not original manufacturer quality and I was offered an upgrade which increased the price by about 20% (£30) over what I had been quoted. I should have been offered this choice when I made my decision.
