Saadi came out a day earlier than expected. He identified the problem within a few minutes. He said he'd get the part and return after I'd agreed the quote for the job.
However, the part could not be located in UK.
Suddenly I received an email to say this a repair that Click didn't actually do.

He checked the car and gave a me a budget to repair it. The fuel pump needed to be changed. He was very professional and kind.
I just want to mention that the fuel pump price is between £50 and £125 and the budget he gave me it's £366.68, I know that he is an excellent professional but I feel It's high expensive.
He did his job very well and I can say that apart from the total price I am happy with the results.
I would like to trust in Click Mechanic and I hope the prices and the budgets will be more affordable. Thank you!

Saadi was so helpful and came well out of his way to help me when I had my car at work instead of at home like planned. The website/booking of things could have been a bit better - I said I could only do mornings but then I got a text saying Saadi was booked for an afternoon, I got very slow responses to my emails trying to change that but when I just text Saadi directly he was really helpful and said he was happy to come and find me where my car was at work the other side of London. He got my battery changed and car working perfectly again in about 15 minutes!
