Sorted my steering/track rod end issue. Was a bit pricier than the clickmechanic auto pricing but to be fair this was communicated throughout. Pick up was arranged for 0800-1000 (mechanic called on the day before and said 0830), he finally showed at 1230 - not ideal. Other than that, happy with the service provided.

They diagnosed the fault, cleaned a sensor and brought the car back working.

Someone was smoking in my car. This isn't acceptable. Also there isn't any information what kind of oil or work they did in the car for future record.

The mechanic turned up 15 mins late and made no attemp to ring the door bell although someone at home waiting for him. He didn't know which house number to collect the car. He forgot to print off the MOT certificate and he promised to post it to me. So far I haven't received any.
I've used Clickmechanic before but I feel this particular mechanic didn't meet the standard. I'm happy to use Clickmechanic again.

Very happy with the work done on my car. The mechanic was friendly and kept me up to date with the work. At one point it seemed like extra work would need to be carried out, but after further investigation by the mechanic it was discovered that this was not the case and this made me feel really secure that I was not going to be ripped off. I think I've found a new regular mechanic!
