Service received and repair was excellent. Inderjit kept me informed at all times with regard to progress of the repair, which turned out to be more complicated than expected.
The reason I have marked him down on punctuality is that the driver collecting my car was much longer than expected, and it's return was pm next day even though the repair WAS completed same day as agreed/requested in my original communication. Unfortunately Inderjit is based in Barnet and I live in Bexley, so collecting the car myself was not an option either.

Tried to upsell two further jobs which weren't asked for but happy to carry out the initial work agreed.
Unfortunately problem not rectified.

Inderjit was great My Jeep Cherokee 2.8 CRD Limited 2003 was losing coolant at a rate of one litre every 200 miles. Quoted by main agent possibly more than the car was worth, but contacted Click Mechanics and accepted a reasonable quote from Inderjit, He ground the cylinder head and fitted a new gasket and pressure cap to the coolant reservoir along with other parts that required replacing.
Although I have driven only a few miles since there shows no loss of coolant and is driving like a new car.

Down to earth and friendly.. gave options where necessary and was not pushy at all.
