Theo changed the batter and did a proper diagnostic test to find an additional fault that was plaguing the car for ages. He was quick and efficient and knowledgeable. So far happy with what has been achieved. Not over the moon about the fact that he turned up late afternoon when I was promised the morning and thus could not deal with the fuel pump as well. So I am still without a working car - had he managed to turn up earlier might have done the whole job. I appreciate he has been busy....

However when he looked at my car diagnosed and quoted verbally £60-70 the email quote came through as £119 when he arrived as per booking the next morning he arrived outside of the 2 hour window and didn't call to say he was enroute. He then decided the car needed further additional work costing a further £93. Although I am extremely grateful that the work was carried out within 24 hours of my contact I feel the process needs to be more thorough and consistent
