I didn't meet Tee but he phoned before and after inspection and seemed very professional, friendly and helpful

Great service, kept in contact throughout the day and highlighted all issues with vehicle professionally.

Tee was great, very knowledgeable and flexible too. He repaired my wing mirror quickly, unfortunately due to the part being non oem specific the adjuster isn't the best but that doesn't matter to me.

Extremely happy with the service, Tee carried out a thorough examination, trying his best to find any faults to help with the negotiating. Communication was excellent, with several messages / texts exchanged prior to the inspection, letting me know when he arrived and a long chat after.
