Tee was excellent from start finish. Good communication from start to finish and brutally honest when it came to his opinion on a car we were looking to purchase. His checks threw up a lot of issues with the car and this saved us potentially loosing thousands of pounds down the road. Great service and well worth the money

Tee gave my car a full service on a Saturday which supposedly included all the vehicle checks listed and my timing chain failed on the tuesday and seized my engine. Shame he didn't pick this up! He also left the dirty engine oil next to one of my neighbours bins unknown to me and it leaked everywhere and was recorded by my neighbour.

He was on time and efficient however this feedback page is awful and a pain!!

I liked being kept up to date with emails/ texts/calls.
The work was well done.

Please send an invoice that I can print off on 1 page, rather than having to print the whole email.

Mechanic turned up on time was polite knew works required, however i feel he were ill equipment with tooling to carry out a thorough job , as no ramps as turned up in small car which does not portray i feel the right image . The hand break cable was intact before works started though possibly could have been frayed, the vehicle was left with broken hand brake cable and now a bonnet that does not close , please note this was functional before the works, we have now taken to a garage to carry out repair works. Also the brakes were not pumped to ensure they worked before taking the van up the road with one of our engineers to a test drive again not the standard I would expect from a knowledgeable engineer and to be honest quite dangerous.

Tee was a punctual, friendly and professional mechanic, did a thorough job and was great at communicating back to me work carried out with advisory.

Tee was absolutely lovely on the phone. We had good communication before the inspection.
He was very knowledgeable and thorough. It was clear that he had spent a lot of time checking out the car and took a lot of time to go through the report with me.
He advised me well and I can only warmly recommend him.
