All seemed well when booking, mechanic contacted me and said he would pick the vehicle up, vehicle get's picked up the next day, I get a phone call around 13:20 saying that they've ordered the wrong clutch and it'll be fixed the next day. Next day comes, vehicle not fixed as it turns out they need yet another part, Saturday and Sunday pass and no vehicle still, the vehicle finally arrives on Monday, a full 4 days after it was stated it would be fixed. I then find out (much to my disgust) that I've been charged for the vehicle being picked up and dropped off, despite the fact that this charge was never mentioned, discussed or agreed to, had I been in their shoes I would perhaps of taken into account the two failures that they had already made and then perhaps waived this hidden fee, especially in light of failing in the agreement to get the car back on the day listed.

Yes very pleased

I was desperate about my car cause it won't start. ClickMechanic saved me. Had the best price, website very easy to use, very transparent about prices, charges etc..... Mechanics came to me. As for my car !!!! fault was found and car repaired straight away in the comfort of my home. What more could I ask. Mechanics were very professional and polite. Honestly I dont even know how to thank ClickMechanic and The mechanics that repaired my car.
