hi we are peter and dave from NGS mobile mechanics we have been in the trade for a good while and have over 30 years experience we started up by our self's and opened a garage in north shield back in 2009 and then went mobile in 2013, which is the best business decision we have ever made we operate a 24hr service 7 days a week and even do recovery we also have lots of regular contracts with bus companies and carry out insurance work as well in fact there is no job we won't do weather it be as simple as brake pads or a bulb or something as big as an engine change we have the knowledge and skills as well as the tools to do this so why not try us now we have been working with click mechanic for a while now and have managed to build up a good feedback score we are fair and honest if your vehicle does not need it we won't fit it unless you want us to we will always give you the truth and we only use top quality parts and all parts all come with a full warranty we specialise in clutches and light commercial vehicles but are fully qualified in all fields of vehicle maintenance and repair .

The job was completed quickly and efficiently but since then there has been a rattle on starting the engine and when sat idling which was not present before the recent work. I have tried to feed this back once already but have had no response. Although I have no reason to doubt the timing belt replacement, which was the job requested, I have been unhappy with the overall result due to the persistent rattle and with the lack of response when I have tried to raise this issue via my feedback.

Hi Madeleine I can see from the feedback you Mentioned this some time ago I am very sorry no one has been back in touch with you this is the first time I have seen this come through to me and I am more than happy to come and take a look i could call along Wednesday if that is any good for you if I had of received the first feedback on my app I would have responded straight away and I can only apologise as I can't understand why it hasn't been sent to me

Excellent service! Booked on a Sunday night, came out first thing Monday and replaced my snapped coil spring within 25 mins. Impressed and would recommend. I was highly dubious about employing a mobile mechanic but it worked out brilliantly. Many thanks.

Well Pete did the diagnostic and found the problem - but could not fix it. Which means I have to now go to a garage who wants to do their own diagnostic test obviously and then get a quote. So obviously feel this has cost me and not solved the problem.

Initial work was to be done by another Mechanic on 11 Jan 17. He cancelled, rescheduled for 18 Jan 17 but again did turn up. The office re arranged for another mechanic to do the job and it was completed the following day 19 Jan 17.
I am pleased with the service and would use the facility again when required. The mechanics arrived early, were very efficient, friendly and completed the work well.
