Soooo happy they came and picked my car up, fixed it and returned it - overall I would recommend this service. Didn't leave my house woohoo!!

i am very dissapointed with the service by OMD AUTOS who has done my MOT in November 2017

As requested so many times for a MOT CERTIFICATE which i never received, I am not prepared to pay an extra 10 pounds for a new copy

i have sent you again this morning at 12.35am, the request to my email again before 11.30am on 14.05.2018

I wanted to ask you to resolve this matter as soon as possible, by sending me this copy of MOT CERTIFICATE yourself

*DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE OR ANY ESTABLISHMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THEM* They did not turn up on time, they came the next day after 22:00. My vehicle was with them longer than they said.

When i was returned it was returned to the wrong address 22 miles away, i had to go and collect my car and the keys that the posted through a strangers door. My vehicle was in a very dirty state and the pair of trainers i had in the boot to play football was all moldy and i had to throw it away and clean the mold out of the boot.

This work was done in November 2017 by March 2018 the car started leaking oil and i would have to top up the oil weekly.

I had several mechanics look at the car including the AA and all have said that the recon engine was not put together correctly and as a result oil is leaking from the engine into the exhaust. My vehicle now has no MOT because of this problem and is no longer road worthy.

This work is still under the guarantee, so once i informed OMD Motors they should have taken the car and repair it, it has been over 3 weeks and they have done nothing to rectify this problem. They have not responded to any of my messages and the resolved center is dragging their feet to refund me my money which is around £1200 which i paid in good faith. Read more

OMD Autos found the fault with my vehicle very quickly and solve it with no problems. They are very friendly and professional, couldn’t be more pleased with it. Surprised how good they are as I had never heard of the company before. They collected the vehicle and delivered it back to my place. This is my first time to use this service and it saves me a lot of time and hassle compared to my local garage.

We had an MOT with collection. We needed 2 new tyers which they replaced and returned the car in the same day with a reasonable price. Would do again for convienience.

The guys at omd were great, they gave me good advice and didn't encourage me to have work done that wasn't worth the value of the vehicle.
