Take vehicle to workshop for use of a ramp, use special tool to release fan belt tensioner

Steve was fantastic, very punctual and explained everything perfectly. Ran through the work being carried out (had my alternator belt replaced). Other problems with my vechile were found and explained to me, would recommend Steve to anybody.

Volkswagen Transporter Car Won't Start Inspection
Strip and inspect all components linked to non start. Found poor connection to gearbox electronic plug. Clean, clear codes- vehicle now starts with a battery booster connected

Take vehicle to workshop to carry out further repairs and match up two missing bolts, advised customer that the second hand supplied bracket was in poor condition on the threads and could fail again

Steve turned up on time and quickly found two faults that had not shown up on the engine management system.
The car is running a great deal better since he replaced the spark plugs and sensor.

Easily the best service from start to finish. I didn't have to leave my house and the work done was great. Steve (the mechanic) was fantastic. Used twice now and would use again without hesitation when needed. Definitely recommend Steve and the whole service.
