No. Thomas did not make any direct contact with myself and the pre-purchase vehicle inspection report had to be requested by myself at 7pm the night before I was due to purchase the car. After purchasing the car the report revealed multiple discrepancies and inaccuracies which later revealed he did not even carry out the inspection at all! The evidence of this was documented in pictures and are too long to list on this however Clickmechanic have since given me a full refund as Thomas simply did not respond to me or the proof of what he had or hadnt done. If you use click mechanic and you are advised Thomas at A2B diagnostic or AtoBdiagnostic will be the mechanic, Please just cancel the booking as he is dishonest and not someone I would ever trust to check or fix a vehicle.

Thomas was very friendly and helpful, he was very thorough in the work that he did on my car. We would highly recommend him.
