Fella who picked the car up and returned it was very friendly. MOT and small service was carried out satifactory and very quick.

My Audi A3 TFSI required a timing belt and water pump change, the mechanic was very friendly and came to collect my car on Saturday to take it to their garage. The car was there till Monday evening, and it was dropped back to me. However, there was a slight problem as soon as I sat in the car and the engine was running idle there was a strange loud noise coming from the engine, it was like a screeching noise. I called up the mechanic, and they told me to go to the garage the next day, so I had to go and drop off the car at the mechanic and then go to work. The first diagnosis they said that it could be the fan belt as they removed that to get to the timing belt and refitted it back which may have become loose. They told me to leave the car for a few hours, and they will accurately diagnose the issue. A few hours later they called me and said the noise just disappeared by itself and you can no longer hear it. So had to travel back to the garage and collect the car and since then so far I've had no issues, still it's a bit strange for the noise to disappear. Tarek was amazing very quick to respond and they got my car through a MOT all in the day. It had failed so required a new tyre and brake pads sorted and returned.

So far so good, can feel the difference so seem to have done a good job, had Cham chain replaced they had the car for a day. First time using Click Mechanic and Premier Autos. Would recommend.
