Pros:
Daniel was my Mechanic, He picked up my car to fix and replace the brake pads and shoes and returned the car 5 6 hours later. He was very friendly and helpful explaining the issues and solutions. I had few more questions in next few days and he was responsive to my messages professionally and patiently.



Cons:
Although the replacement was done as expected, but two of my Wheel caps were missing when car retuned and few days later I received a traffic ticket indicating that he has used bus lane.
I got in touch with him and sent him the ticket pictures and asked him to take care of the ticket. He was supposed to raise an appeal for it, but few days later he contacted me asked me to pay it myself and whenever he had authorization, then he is going to pay me.
His request was not acceptable therefore I contacted him again and he refused to answer me. Also I raised a ticket in ClickMechanic and he also did not bother to answer me there.

The way he decided to handle this issue was very unprofessional, disappointing and unacceptable. Read more
