Theo was great, excellent service and will definitely call for his service again. Was a bit annoyed that the original quote was wrong and that I could see what spark plugs was ordered. Would be good if you could confirm what parts I'm buying.

I choose the 2hr time slot for the mechanics arrival and then received updates from the Theo when he was due.
